  • Diced ripe tomatoes – 3 pieces

  • Eggs – 4 pieces
  • Grated feta cheese – 1 cup
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

Saute the tomato fruits in olive oil for 8 – 10 minutes in a big frying pan

Pour the olives and let it cool for 5 additional minutes
