  • 2 green apples, diced
  • 3 cups of fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 lime peeled and sliced
  • Half a cup of fresh mint leaves.
  • 1 lemon peeled and sliced

How to Make It;

Crack open your coconut to get water, crack enough to give you 12 ounces.

You can juice the apple and pineapple or you can bend it. But you will have to sieve when you blend it if you don’t like pulp.

Mix the juiced apple and pineapple, with the coconut water and distilled water.

Pour in a jar, add the sliced lime, lemon, and the mint leaves, shut the jar tightly and refrigerate.
