  • Egg whites [four]
  • Maple syrup [one-quarter cup]
  • Cream of tartar [one-quarter teaspoon]
  • Fine sea salt [one-quarter teaspoon]
  • Strawberry powder, crushed, [two tablespoons]

How to Prepare and Use It:

  • Add the maple syrup, cream of tartar, egg whites and sea salt inside a glass bowl.
  • Put the bowl over a pot of simmering water such that it sits directly above the waterline (not in it).
  • Use a spatula to stir the whole ingredients together over the water for about three minutes.
  • Use a hand mixer to take the bowl off the heat, and whip the egg mixture on high for five to minutes, or until stiff peaks form.
  • Spoon almost one-quarter of the whipped egg whites into another bowl, sprinkle the strawberry powder on top, and blend until smooth using a whisk. Fold the mixture into the main mix, in a gentle manner.
  • Get a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and scoop some spoonfuls of the meringue inside of it.
  • Continue until you get eight even piles. Use the crushed freeze-dried strawberries to dust the top of the cookies.
  • Bake at 200 Fahrenheit for about two hours before turning the oven off, and then place in the oven for another two hours or overnight.
  • Should in case your cookies are still sticky after the whole thing, just turn the oven heat back up to 200 Fahrenheit to crisp and leave it there for added time.
  • Allow it to cool totally, and then transfer them to a plate using a spatula.

  • Now, combine these ingredients together – almond flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
  • Get a big bowl, crack the eggs, and use a mixer to beat them.
  • Pour in the chocolate and butter mixture and mix for some minutes.
  • Gently mix the almond flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, and baking powder together, until you are able to get brownies to a batter consistency.
  • Now, place the batter inside a baking pan and bake for about 30minutes. Keep checking the brownies after some minutes so as to prevent overbaking.
  • Take off the oven and allow the brownies chill seamer down for almost 10 minutes.
  • Use a sharp knife to cut the brownies into sixteen pieces and enjoy!

3. Coconut Blondies

Ingredients Needed:

  • Butter, unsalted softened [half Cup]
  • Erythritol [half Cup]
  • Eggs [four]
  • Coconut Flour [half Cup]
  • Coconut Milk [one-quarter Cup]
  • Desiccated Coconut, unsweetened [half Cup]
  • Vanilla extract [one tablespoon]
  • Baking powder [one-quarter teaspoon]
  • Salt [one-quarter teaspoon]

How to Prepare and Use It:

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  • After that, grease and line an 8-inch baking pan with your original parchment paper.
  • Get a bowl and cream both the erythritol and unsalted Butter together until it becomes very smooth.
  • Pour in the four eggs, and mix into the batter, one at a go.
  • Now, add mix the vanilla extract with the coconut milk and beat until smooth.
  • Add these ingredients – coconut flour, salt, baking powder, and desiccated coconut. Keep stirring until it is very smooth.
  • Should in case the mixture is too thick, just add extra coconut milk to it.
  • After that, spoon the mixture into a baking tin and do the baking for about thirty minutes or until it is firm and golden.

  • Now, press firmly into an 8×8” parchment paper-lined baking dish.

Ingredients Needed:

For the Crust:

  • Macadamia nuts [two cups]
  • Pecans [two cups]
  • Dried pitted dates, soak in water for an hour [half cup]
  • Pinch of salt
  • Vanilla extract [one-quarter teaspoon]

For the Filling:

  • Fresh lime juice [one and a half cups]
  • Agave syrup [one cup]
  • Full-fat coconut milk [half cup]
  • Ripe avocados halved, pitted, and peeled [two]
  • Vanilla extract [two tablespoons]
  • Salt [one-quarter teaspoon]
  • Coconut oil [two cups]

How to Prepare and Use It:

To make the crust:

  • Get a 9-inch springform baking pan and grease it with coconut oil.
  • In a food processor, process the macadamia nuts, pecans, dates, salt, and vanilla and do the processing until the mixture becomes soft and easily workable.
  • Lastly, press the mixture into the bottom of your baking pan.

To make the filling:

  • Get a high-speed blender and blend these ingredients until smooth – lime juice, agave, coconut milk, avocados, vanilla, salt, and coconut oil.
  • After that, pour the filling over the crust and use a plastic wrap to cover it.
  • Put it in the freezer overnight, and thaw before serving.

  • Swerve confectioner [half cup]
  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder [half cup]
  • Butter [one-quarter cup]

  • Superfine almond flour [two cups]

For the coating:

  • Erythritol granulated sweetener [two Tablespoon]
  • Ground cinnamon [one teaspoon]

How to Prepare and Use It:

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Mix the entire cookie ingredients in a medium-sized bowl until you begin to notice a stiff dough.
  • Now, roll the dough into sixteen balls of the same size.
  • Mix the cinnamon and sweetener in a small dish.
  • Then, start rolling the balls in the mixture until it is well coated.
  • Put on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and flatten it a bit with the bottom of a glass.
