Saudi Arabia is witnessing a sharp increase in its daily figures of COVID-19 cases, according to the health ministry, which announced 3,288 new infections of the disease on Tuesday, bringing the total number of confirmed coronavirus infections in the Kingdom to 108,571, according to a statement from the Ministry of Health.

37 new deaths from the novel coronavirus were also announced by the ministery of health, bringing the total number of fatalities in the country to 783.

Meanwhile, the ministry also registered the new recovery of 1,815 coronavirus patients, taking to 76,339 the total number of patients recovered in the Kingdom.
