
Saudi Arabia announced 4,301 new cases of the novel coronavirus infections during the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of cases in the Kingdom to 150,292, the Ministry of Health (MOH) announced on Friday.
Despite an increase in new infections, 1,849 people who had previously tested positive for the virus in the Kingdom, have recovered raising the number of recoveries to 95,764.
45 new deaths from the coronavirus were also announced by the ministry of health, bringing the total number of fatalities in the country to 11,84 so far.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Health also said that 1,941 patients are in critical condition.
